My Story

I'm Sara Spinosa, a New Orleans–based personal trainer who specializes in low-impact, accessible workouts that meet you where you are. After years of helping clients in person, I built my online coaching practice so that anyone — whether you're a senior looking for joint-friendly movement, a busy parent training at home, or someone returning to fitness — can get expert guidance from your own home.

My approach blends Pilates-style strength work, dumbbell and ankle-weight training, mobility, and realistic nutrition coaching. No fads, no shame, no all-or-nothing thinking — just consistent progress that fits your life.
